Mr. McNally also developed and implemented an alternative payment product to replace more expensive payment alternatives for the supermarket industry that was adopted and implemented by Safeway. Mr. McNally also managed the development of alternative strategies s to reduce the high cost of credit and debit card acceptance at merchants on behalf Visa.
Additionally, Mr. McNally has provided services to such technology and service companies as Visa, MasterCard, Bank of America, AT&T, First Data Corp, Wells Fargo, First Data, Citibank, and the International Herald Tribune. Mr. McNally has also developed and implemented new card based and non-card based payment products for VISA International, MasterCard, and Microsoft. Michael has also developed pricing and financial modeling for various financial services products. Mr. McNally was also a senior executive ad co-founder of three online-based financial services companies like Shared Health Network Services, InsWeb and eCoverage, Inc.

In these capacities, Mr. McNally developed the initial respective business plans and secured first and subsequent investment rounds with established venture capitalists and insurance companies.
Mr. McNally has also held positions as Vice President with Visa International, in charge of international interchange and pricing strategies, and with MasterCard International, where he was General Manager of the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Mr. McNally also held Vice President level positions in the retail bank at Citicorp.

Uday Roy has been in the Enterprise Software business for over 25 years and has managed vendor and partner relationships with IBM, Deloitte, SAP America, HCL to help with Order to Cash, EDI, Logistics Supply Chain & Transportation deals in SAP, NetSuite, Infor Nexus TMS, OpenText GXS & Dell Boomi. He has worked with Logistics, Retail, Defense, 3PL and Oil & Gas companies implementing Supply Chain Solutions.

Uday has built tier 1 strategic partnership with IBM, Deloitte, SAP America, Boomi, OpenText from scratch. He was also involved in pre & post M&A activities in terms of System Integration.

Uday is currently investing, developing & implementing Logistics Transportation Management System, Supply Chain, EDI, ERP, BI, Big Data & Machine Learning solutions for various industries.

Troy Martin is a highly respected logistics industry veteran with over 39 years of hands-on experience across transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations — including two decades as a professional driver. His career spans key leadership roles such as Warehouse Supervisor, Safety Manager, Dispatcher, and Transportation Manager. Troy brings extensive expertise in third-party logistics (3PL) and has worked with enterprise-level logistics organizations, making him a true authority in the field.
